Noelle Smithers
Client Relationship Manager
I've spent over 30 years in the financial industry, and honestly, I can't imagine doing anything else. What started as a career has become something I genuinely love showing up for every single day.
As Client Relationship Manager at Richman Capital Management, I handle everything that keeps our client relationships running smoothly. I manage all communication and service needs, prepare account paperwork, schedule meetings, support ongoing reviews, and make sure we stay on top of every compliance requirement. I work closely with my advisor to create an experience that feels seamless and professional from start to finish.
What really drives me is the trust that builds over time with clients. I specialize in making onboarding as personable and smooth as possible, but it's what happens after that initial meeting that matters most to me. Clients let me into their lives in ways that feel incredibly meaningful. They call to share the big moments, like welcoming a baby or celebrating retirement. They also trust me during the hardest times, when they've lost a child or a spouse. I take enormous pride in being someone they can turn to, and I genuinely care about each person I work with. Being part of their personal stories is an honor I never take for granted.
I also feel fortunate to work for someone who is wonderful and supportive. We've become like family over the years, and that makes all the difference. Working from home in Jupiter, Florida adds another layer of enjoyment. I live in a community where each neighborhood is named after different states, countries, or regions, so when I walk in the morning, I might be strolling through Charleston one day and Tuscany the next.
I grew up on Long Island, New York in a close Italian family with two brothers and a sister. My mom was always smart about money and handled the bills and budget, while my dad worked as a NYC detective. We did chores, earned an allowance every week, and learned early about hard work, responsibility, and saving. Those lessons stuck with me. My dad has always been my biggest cheerleader and still gives great work advice. My mom passed this past January, so now I care for my dad, which I truly love doing.
At the end of the day, my job gives me the opportunity to do something I truly enjoy. What really motivates me is making a positive difference through work I love. Knowing that the effort I put in has a real, lasting impact on the people I serve makes every day worthwhile.
